Smile Foundation provides comprehensive medical care, including free surgeries for craniofacial conditions such as cleft lip and cleft palate. We also offer pre-surgery consultations, post-surgery follow-ups, speech therapy, and logistical support like transportation and accommodation for patients and their escorts at Smile House.

I am from outside Bali, how can I get help?
We understand the challenges faced by patients from outside Bali. Smile Foundation provides transportation from the patient's hometown to Bali and also from Smile House to the treatment facility. Additionally, we provide accommodation and meals for the patient and one escort at Smile House during the treatment process.

What are the requirements to register with the foundation?
- Copies of both parents' ID cards (KTP)
- Copy of Family Card (Kartu Keluarga, KK)
- Copy of the patient’s birth certificate or a statement of birth
- Certificate of financial incapacity from the village head or local authority indicating inability to cover surgery costs
If my child has a cleft, when can they have surgery? What are the requirements?
For Cleft Lip:
Age: Minimum 3 months
Weight: Minimum 5 kg
Health Conditions: No other congenital conditions or abnormalities (e.g., heart defects, pneumonia, hernia, autism, Down syndrome, etc.)
If my child needs cleft palate surgery? What are the requirements?
For Cleft Palate:
Age: Minimum 1 year
Weight: Minimum 10 kg
Health Conditions: No other congenital conditions or abnormalities (e.g., heart defects, pneumonia, hernia, autism, Down syndrome, etc.)
